“Absolutely the best towing company ever. My car broke down almost 3 hrs from home, with 2 of my younger kids with me. They drove my car and me and my sons back home, super friendly and very understanding with 2 young boys and their craziness. Highly recommend!”

“If I could give 10 stars- I would. Really amazing business owners with great hospitality & customer service. Car died in the middle of nowhere on the way to a charger at 1am. Blaire answered almost immediately & was very accommodating & patient as I was a handful with 20 questions and called her phone like 5 times. They arrived in about 25 minutes which I was so grateful for. Upon arrival, I told Blaire I was scared to pop a squat outside as there was VERY tall grass on one side of the car & hwy45 on the other side, she was very hospitable & they worked really quickly to get us on the road. Before pulling into the charging parking lot, she had him pull into a convenience store so I could use the restroom- the sweetest thing ever. 2 stores technically, as the first was closed. I wish this business much success as the granddaughter of once small business owners!”

Please allow me to say that DOUBLE G Towing was indeed an answer to my prayers!!! My son had a blowout at 5 something this morning. We called my insurance insurance and were told that they were looking for a “rescuer” which they stated usually takes up to 15 minutes. Lo and behold an hour later, NOTHING. Called them (Life360 Platinum) and they still had not found anyone. I called to let them know this was unacceptable when they promoted 24/7 Roadside Assistance! Another hour anda half later, they send a text that they’d have someone coming in another 2.5 hours. What??? I asked for the information of the service provider. Called DOUBLE G TOWING and learned that they JUST got the call!!! Spoke with BLAIR there and told her the situation; GUESS WHAT, about 30 minutes later they were picking up my son! Great personality, Great Customer Service!!! I nearly CRIED when Blair sent me a picture of my son’s car after they dropped him off at Walmart safely. Only a parent can truly appreciate the peace of this when your child is stranded hundreds of miles from home!!! Thank you, DOUBLE G TOWING. This Alabama mama appreciates you all the way there in Texas!!!!
